Join us in Walnut Grove each Saturday of the Wilder Pageant for our annual Village Fair–an old-fashioned community celebration filled with fun for all ages!
Centered in the Walnut Grove City Park and stretching throughout town, the fair features kid-friendly, hands-on activities like corn husk doll making, seed art, mini golf, and gunny sack races, along with special attractions such as a costume booth, Hmong dancers, historic bus tours, and the beloved Laura and Nellie Look-Alike Contest.
With food and craft vendors, interactive games, and engaging music and skits, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Come early to explore the museum, shop local businesses, and make the most of your day before the pageant begins!
